Dogs killed March 20 and 22-24 under the direction of Lucas County Canine Care & Control Director Julie Lyle:

Breed and description; location seized; charge (if applicable). Dogs killed for poor behavior are scored on a scale up to 5, with higher scores being more aggressive:

“Pit bull,” tan and white female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/dog aggression (scored 4 out of 4, evaluated March 17), Perth Street, Toledo, running at large.

German shepherd/boxer mix, brown male, unlicensed, bite history, Centennial Road, Sylvania, running at large.

“Pit bull” mix, orange male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/dog aggression (scored 4/4, evaluated March 21), Knower Street, Toledo, running at large.

“Pit bull,” tan male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/dog aggression (scored 4/4, evaluated March 21), surrendered by Yahana Ramsey-Evans, East Lake Street, Toledo.

Chow chow, black and white female, unlicensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia/quality of life (dog was emaciated, had muscle wasting, difficulty urinating, bladder stones, severe arthritis, large mammary tumor), Douglas Road, Toledo, running at large.

Cocker spaniel, black male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (dog had age-related illness), surrendered by Sean Connolly, Laurel Avenue, Toledo.
