ACHIEVEMENTS

■ Nelson E. Shaffer has joined Citizens National Bank as market president and will run the newly opened Toledo Loan Production office.

■ Keith Russeau and Dave Serra have been promoted to principals at The Collaborative Inc., a Toledo design firm that includes architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and graphic designers. Mr. Russeau has been with the company since 2000, and Mr. Serra joined the firm in 2001. In addition, Matt Clarkson and Matt Pastula were promoted to associate.

■ Bob Stechschulte has been promoted to vice president of internal systems at Lima-based Wannemacher Total Logistics. Wannemacher has four Lima Distribution Centers locations, a Liquid Fill plant in Van Wert, and a Spray Drying facility in Upper Sandusky. Mr. Stechschulte has been with Wannemacher for 11 years, most recently as director of information technology.

■ The Anthony Wayne Business Showcase will be held from 4:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Anthony Wayne High School auxiliary gym. From noon until 2 p.m., there will be a B2B event featuring the “Taste of Anthony Wayne” luncheon. Registration for vendors are being accepted.
