‘Launch Pad’ to receive $450,000 in state funds

“Launch Pad,” a University of Toledo Third Frontier Incubation Program, will get $450,000 in funding, the state Controlling Board announced Monday.

The program provides a variety of business development resources for start-up companies in 18 northwest Ohio counties.

Among the resources are physical facilities, access to capital, expert advising, and coaching systems to address specific gaps within companies.
