Monroe school board OKs Chromebooks
7/14/2014The Monroe Board of Education has approved spending $440,505 for the purchase of 1,350 Dell Chromebooks and 39 carts in which they will be stored, recharged, and delivered to classrooms. The Chromebooks will be used in the middle school and high school.
Last year, a similar purchase was made for the elementary schools. Both purchases were made with general fund money and Monroe County’s technology millage.
