Maumee kindergarten informational meeting slated
2/8/2018Maumee Schools will host an informational meeting Feb. 27 for parents of children starting kindergarten next school year.
The meeting will cover kindergarten expectations, and parents will learn how to prepare their kids for school. Children in the Maumee district turning 5 by Aug. 1 are eligible to start kindergarten. Students must complete a kindergarten program before entering first grade.
The meeting is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. in the Maumee High School performing arts center.
