$545 state grant to help grow Whitehouse community garden

A $545 state grant will go to expand the Whitehouse Community Garden, which opened last year with 14 plots. Nine village families adopted one or more of them to grow fresh produce and flowers.

Garden spaces are available to village residents on a first-come, first-served basis. The rules and applications are available at the village hall or whitehouseoh.gov.
