Bowsher tops Rogers for City League crown

Bowsher guard Aundre Kizer poured in a game-high 33 points, including six 3-pointers, to lead the Rebels to an 81-65 victory over Rogers in the City League championship on Thursday night at Waite.

Dajuan King pitched in 19 points while Jason Sandridge added 11 and Mark Washington 10. The Rebels played without scoring leader Nate Allen, who was not allowed to play after breaking school rules.

Fadil Robinson led Rogers with 20 points and eight rebounds.
