Glover paces Titans; Panthers get by Eagles

St. John's 68, Fremont Ross 52

FREMONT — Anthony Glover, Jr., poured in 24 points Friday night to lead the Titans in a Three Rivers Athletic Conference boys basketball game.

Gabe Kynard added 19 for St. John's (16-6, 12-2), which led 24-15 at halftime.

Grant McConnell led Fremont Ross (9-11, 4-10) with 13 points, and Jack Gedeon and Jarvis Jones added 12 each.

Whitmer 72, Clay 67

Sam Hickey scored 21 points for the visiting Panthers.

Montrece Collins tallied 14 and Jon Ashe 12 for Whitmer (9-13, 7-7), which trailed 30-27 before outscoring the Eagles 17-11 in the third quarter.

Anthony Ramirez led Clay (3-19, 1-13) with 16. Andrew McCrory added 15, while Kyle Row and Pat Booth each had 13.

Lima Senior 77, St. Francis 74

LIMA — The Spartans outscored St. Francis 26-20 in the final quarter to earn a comeback win.

Rico Stafford poured in 25 points to lead Lima Senior (9-13, 5-9). Ruben Flowers added 13, Jay Thomas scored 12, and Brady Allen had 10.

Jonathan Frankhauser paced St. Francis (6-15, 4-10) with 19. Lamar Carswell and Dontay Ellison each had 17.
