Second-ranked Central Catholic spotted visiting Lima Senior an early touchdown, then responded with 41 straight points tonight en route to a 55-12 halftime lead, and cruised to a 70-26 Three Rivers Athletic Conference football victory.
DeShone Kizer completed six of 10 passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns, plus ran for a score, and Tre’Von Wade rushed 13 times for 119 yards, and scored three TDs as the Irish went to 9-0 overall and 6-0 in the TRAC.
With the win, Central clinched a share of its first TRAC football title.
