The Sacramento Kings selected Michigan shooting guard Nik Stauskas with the No. 8 pick overall in the NBA Draft tonight.

Stauskas, who shot 44 percent from 3-point range, averaged 17.5 points and 3.3 assists for the Wolverines last season.

The 6-foot-6 sharpshooter became the second shooting guard drafted in this year's draft behind No. 1 overall selection Andrew Wiggins, who was chosen by Cleveland.
