The Mud Hens have called a post-game press conference to announce that the Tigers will fire Toledo manager Phil Nevin.
Nevin will not accompany the team to Columbus for its final two games of the season Sunday and Monday.
Nevin served as the Toledo manager the past three seasons, posting a record of 191-238 entering Saturday's game. The Hens finished fourth in the IL's West Division this season and in 2011 and were third in 2012.
