Probate judge to give anti-bullying talk
5/26/2014Monroe County Probate Judge Frank Arnold will give a presentation on bullying at noon Tuesday at the Frenchtown Senior Center, 2786 Vivian Rd. The judge, who is co-chairman of the county’s anti-bullying task force, will discuss how bullying has become a serious issue and the protections accorded by Michigan law.
