Female suspect in shoplifting who hit officer at Kohl’s sought

Toledo police are searching for these three people in connection with a shoplifting incident and assault of a loss prevention officer at Kohl"s, 4865 Monroe St.

Toledo police are asking for help in identifying a woman who hit a loss-prevention officer in the face during a robbery at Kohl’s department store at 4865 Monroe St.

The officer watched on surveillance feeds as the unidentified woman shoplifted March 13. The officer approached the woman, who then hit the officer in the face, reports state. The suspect and two unidentified men fled.

The woman is described as Hispanic and was wearing jeans, boots, and a white T-shirt with a printed design on the front. She might have a tattoo on her chest.
