Two people wounded in an overnight South Toledo shooting have been identified.
Injured were Summer Ware, 19, and Kevin Washington, 34.
Both victims were taken to the University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio.
Ms. Ware's injuries were nonlife threatening; a bullet partially struck one of Mr. Washington's arteries.
Ms. Ware was shot three times in her left arm and once each in both legs. She was treated and released from the medical center.
A medical center spokesman had no information about Mr. Washington's condition.
Police reported that the victims were sitting on the porch at 2814 Nebraska Ave. when an armed person came from the back of the house and fired several shots.
The gunman fled northbound on Elysian Street.
Ms. Ware stayed at the scene, but Mr. Washington ran and was found about 30 minutes later at 615 Ranch Dr.
