One person shot on Airline Avenue in south Toledo

One person was shot shortly before midnight Friday on Airline Avenue in the central city, Toledo officials said.

The injured person was taken by Life Squad to the University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio Hospital.
