BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green police are hoping someone can help them identify two men in a security camera footage from Offenhauer Towers who police say may be responsible for a robbery Tuesday near the Bowling Green State University campus.

The video shows the pair walking in a hallway, with one of them holding a towel to a cut on his forehead. Police said Wednesday they believe he was injured while fleeing the scene of the robbery in the 500 block of North Enterprise Street.

The alleged armed robbery was reported about 3 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of North Enterprise Street, about two blocks from the Bowling Green State University campus. BGSU sent out a text message and email to students, faculty, and staff, and the message was posted to the BGSU Web site and 142 television monitors in public areas around campus, according to a BGSU spokesman.

Police said the pair may be armed and should be considered dangerous. Anyone with information is asked not to confront them but call the BGSU police at 419-352-2571.
