Madison Avenue in downtown closed to traffic
11/7/2013Madison Avenue in downtown Toledo has been closed to traffic today after a traffic accident at North Michigan Avenue.
The accident occurred at 6:25 p.m. Authorities said it was a two-vehicle crash but that injuries were not believed to be serious.
