Bond set at $50,000 for suspect in store robbery

The alleged getaway driver from a New Year's Day hold up was arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court.

Charged with aggravated robbery is James Ladosky, 21, of 5024 South Ave., who was ordered to be held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Police allege that Mr. Ladosky was the lookout and getaway driver for a man who used a gun to rob the In-and-Out Mart at 2125 S. Byrne Rd.

Police have not yet charged the alleged robber.

Police said that a man went into the South Toledo convenience store with a gun hidden under his shirt and demanded cash from a clerk.

The robber made off with $242.72, according to court documents.
