Tyrone Hoskins, Jr., 23, of 618 Woodland Ave. and Rishad Williams, 21, of 421 W. Manhattan Blvd. are charged in Toledo Municipal Court with murder in connection with the Feb. 2 shooting of Michael Williams, Jr., 24, in the 1500 block of Ottawa Drive.

Police said the suspects were identified after “several confidential witnesses” came forward.

The victim was shot in the head and right thigh, an autopsy showed. Court documents state both suspects fired at him, with no motive given.

Mr. Williams is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds. Mr. Hoskins is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds.

Police ask anyone with information on their whereabouts call Crime Stopper at 419-255-1111.

Mr. Hoskins has a pending Lucas County Common Pleas Court case in which he is charged with participating in a criminal gang and bribery. The bribery charge accuses him of offering to pay $5,000 to a likely witness in the murder trial of Quincy Allen, 22, who is accused of killing La’Quan Dunbar, 20, on April 19 at a central Toledo gas station.
