Suspect in fatal shooting turns himself in

One of two men accused in a February shooting death turned himself in today, officials said.

Rishad Williams, 21, 421 W. Manhattan Blvd., is charged with murder. He turned himself in at 8:30 a.m., according to jail officials.

Mr. Williams will be arraigned Tuesday in Toledo Municipal Court.

Mr. Williams and Tyrone Hoskins, Jr., 23, of 618 Woodland Ave., are accused of shooting and killing Michael Williams, Jr., 24, in the 1500 block of Ottawa Drive on Feb. 2. Police are still looking for Hoskins.

The victim died after being shot in the head and a leg.
