A Toledo man charged with murder was ordered today to remain in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $1 million bond.

Rishad Williams, 21, of 421 W. Manhattan Blvd., is charged with one count of murder and was arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court.

Police say Mr. Williams was one of two men involved in the shooting and killing of Michael Williams, Jr., 24, on Feb. 2 in the 1500 block of Ottawa Drive.

Also charged with murder is Tyrone Hoskins, Jr., 23, of 628 Woodland Ave.

Mr. Hoskins is still wanted by police.
