FINDLAY — A Findlay man with seven drunken-driving convictions over the last 20 years was back in jail Friday following a collision late Thursday in which he was accused of drunken driving, Findlay police said.

Ray Nye, 45, was held Friday in the Hancock County jail in lieu of $250,000 bond or $25,000 cash bail after being charged with felony intoxicated driving.

Both Nye and the other driver were treated for minor injuries at Blanchard Valley Hospital after the 10:05 p.m. crash at South Blanchard and East Sandusky streets. Police said Nye failed to stop at a stop sign, and his car hit two utility poles after the collision.
