1 injured in fiery, 2-vehicle crash in Rossford

A woman was injured in a fiery two-vehicle crash at an intersection in Rossford today, authorities said.

The victim, who was traveling in a car, was taken to a local hospital, Rossford police said. Her injuries did not appear to be life-threatening, according to police.

The car was turning left from eastbound State Rt. 795 onto northbound Lime City Road about 12:45 p.m. when it collided with a pickup truck, which was westbound on Route 795, police said. The car then caught on fire, according to police.

The incident remains under investigation.
