North Toledoan indicted in robbery of bank

A Lucas County grand jury indicted a North Toledo woman Wednesday on charges she robbed a bank inside the Walmart store on Central Avenue.

Diona Ellis, 26, of 231 Amber Ct. was indicted for aggravated robbery and robbery in a July 8 holdup at Woodforest Bank.

Ms. Ellis was arrested by Sylvania Township police who found her in a car with her two children and a relative at Dorr Street near Richards Road about an hour after the 6:45 p.m. robbery.
