A Toledo man told police he was grazed by a bullet Wednesday morning.

Jason Webb, 37, told police he was in the car with his girlfriend driving on Boston Place, near Collingwood Boulevard, at 11:25 a.m. when a man in a car pulled next to them and started yelling. The man pulled out a gun, Mr. Webb ducked, and a shot was fired. The bullet went through the rear window and through Mr. Webb’s seat, grazing his back. The victim’s girlfriend drove him to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center where he was treated for the wound.
