Tornado sirens sound in Lucas County due to report of rotating cloud over Waterville Twp.

Tornado sirens have sounded in Lucas County because of a report of a rotating cloud over Waterville Township, according to the Lucas County Sheriff‘‍s Office.

The rotating cloud was spotted near Finzel and Noward roads, between Waterville and Whitehouse, a sheriff’‍s dispatcher said at 4:35 p.m.

Weather radar showed a small area of heavy rain in that vicinity at the time.
