Commissioner Herringshaw advances in Wood County
5/6/2014BOWLING GREEN -- Republican voters in Wood County chose appointed and endorsed Commissioner Doris Herringshaw to advance to the general election over two GOP challengers.
Ms. Herringshaw soundly defeated opponents Kristi Kennelly and James Matuszak, garnering nearly 73 percent of the vote with all precincts reporting.
She will face Democrat Andrew Newlove in November.
