BLADE STAFF

A traveling exhibition on Arab Americans and Judaism, Christianity, and Islam — the three major religions that have a belief in only one god — will be on display at the Adrian, Mich., Public Library through July 15. The Arab American National Museum, in Dearborn, Mich., assembled the display in 2009 and it has traveled to different U.S. cities since then.

There are two tabletop exhibits that feature prayer beads, books of scripture, and other items. A cell phone audio tour is available in which six people of different backgrounds speak about what their religion means to them.

The Adrian Public Library, 143 E. Maumee St., is open at 10 a.m. Mondays through Saturdays and closes at 8 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays; and 3 p.m. Saturdays. For more information, call 517-265-2265 or go to www.adrian.lib.mi.us.
