Sears to close Northwood store
3/17/2014Sears will close its retail store in Northwood next to the former Woodville Mall this summer, the company confirmed early today.

An exact closing date was not given, but a company spokesman told The Blade it would be sometime in mid-July. A liquidation sale is set to start on April 25.
Construction crews began demolishing the empty Woodville Mall earlier this month. Sears said that factored into its decision to close the store.
