The Costco project for the southeast corner of Eckel Junction Road and State Rt. 25 received its final approval from Perrysburg today with a 5-1 vote of the final site plan by the Planning Commission.

The approval came with conditions regarding sidewalks, landscaping, and signage.

The next obstacle for Costco will be finalizing an approval with Columbia Gas Transmissions about the rerouting of a natural gas pipeline below the site plan.

The final site plan was for the 154,300-square foot store, a 16-pump gas station and two outlots which could be a bank and a fast-food restaurant. Also, shown on the plan are about 720 parking spots.
