Texas home decorating store opens in Toledo

The Texas home decorating retail chain arrived officially in Toledo on Thursday with the grand opening of its newest Ohio store, a 110,000-square foot home decor center in the former Kmart at 2244 S. Reynolds Rd.

Formerly called Garden Ridge Inc., the Plano, Texas-based At Home has 20 workers and over 50,000 items at its Toledo store. With the Toledo store, the company currently operates 75 stores in 21 states, including four in Ohio.
