Retired police office, 80, wife killed in morning Cincinnati house fire
3/9/2014CINCINNATI — A house fire has killed a husband and wife in Cincinnati.
Fire crews arrived to the burning home Sunday morning but were unable to save the homeowners.
WLWT-TV reports that Hank and Janet Drescher were pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Police say that 80-year-old Hank Drescher is a retired police officer.
More than 10 fire departments were called to the scene. One firefighter was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
