Melissa Voetsch finds a permanent home at Ch. 13

After three months as a temporary reporter, Melissa Voetsch is now an official part of the WTVG-TV, Channel 13, news team. Voetsch will continue as one of the station’s general assignment reporters and may anchor as needed on a substitute basis, WTVG executive news director Brian Trauring announced earlier this week.
A longtime anchor-reporter at WTOL-TV, Channel 11, Voetsch left the local airwaves for more than a year and half while she recovered from heart problems.
