University of Toledo announces 2014 football schedule

University of Toledo will play at least five games on ESPN's list of networks in the 2014 season, including a Nov. 19 home night game against rival Bowling Green.

The Mid-American Conference released its schedule today. The Rockets will open MAC play Sept. 20 at home against Ball State followed by a home game against Central Michigan.

Sandwiching an Oct. 11 non-conference trip to Iowa State are a trip to Western Michigan and a home game Oct. 25 against Massachusetts that comes after a bye week.

November opens with road games at Kent State on the 4th and Northern Illinois on the 11th. After the BG game, UT concludes the regular season Nov. 28 at Eastern Michigan.
