Notes: Toledo (18-38-4) has lost four straight overall and 12 in a row at home. The Walleye are 9-21-0 at the Huntington Center. … The team wraps up a six-game homestand against the Gladiators today and Sunday (5:15 p.m.) … Toledo’s leading scorer, F David Gilbert, was recalled by Rockford of the AHL on Friday. Gilbert scored two goals in Wednesday’s 6-2 loss to Wheeling. He leads Toledo with 35 points (17 goals, 18 assists) in 44 games played. … The team also released F John May, who played in eight games (2 assists). … The team is without six of its top 10 scorers, including its top five. … Captain Kyle Rogers leads the team with 26 points (12 goals, 14 assists). … G Hannu Toivonen (9-12-0) has a 3.70 goals-against average. He has made six straight starts. … A mystery puck fund-raiser will be held to benefit the Bryan Rufenach Memorial Fund. For a $20 donation, fans will select a mystery bag with an autographed puck by Walleye players, as well as other ECHL, AHL, and NHL players. The proceeds go to a fund in memory of former Walleye player Bryan Rufenach, who died in the summer of 2012.
