ACHIEVEMENTS

■ Kip Gleckler has been named senior vice president for field operations of Carter Lumber. He started as a sales associate in Toledo and has been store manager, district manager, and most recently regional vice president.

■ Jeffrey Lumpp has been named vice president and chief financial officer for Fifth Third Bank-Northwestern Ohio.

■ IntelliShop, a Perrysburg-based mystery-shopper company, has hired Neal Gregory as its director of marketing. Mr. Gregory is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy.

■ Miami Industrial Trucks Inc., a Toledo-based material-handling company, has named Joe Adams its account manager for Fulton, Williams, Ottawa, Sandusky, and part of Lucas counties.

■ Beckett & Raeder, an Ann Arbor-based landscape architect company that has an office in Toledo, was honored as the outstanding firm of the year by the Michigan chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

■ Bruce Brechin, president of the Toledo chapter, received the 2013 APICS Voluntary Service Award. Beth Albers, former president of the BGSU Student Chapter of APICS, received the Student Voluntary Service Award. The awards were presented at the national convention of APICS, the leading professional association for supply chain and operations management.
