Maumee, Toledo firms complete merger
11/9/2013Maumee accounting firm William Vaughan Co. has merged with competitor Miller, Gardner & Co. of Toledo.
Miller, Gardner’s seven employees, who had been located downtown at 500 Madison Ave., have been relocated to William Vaughan’s offices at 145 Chesterfield Ln., Maumee. Miller, Gardner executives Bob Gardner and Tom Funkhouser will become directors at William Vaughan, which now has about 50 employees.
