Top court reprimands Sylvania lawyer

COLUMBUS — The Ohio Supreme Court on Thursday publicly reprimanded Sylvania lawyer Nicholas Wayne Hetzer for misconduct in his handling of a marital-asset escrow account held on behalf of a client.

The court unanimously agreed with the recommendation of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline that a reprimand was sufficient, noting that both parties in the marital case concurred, and Mr. Hetzer had no prior disciplinary issues.
