Health Care REIT posts dividend of 79.5 cents

Health Care REIT announced Thursday a quarterly dividend of 79.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable Feb. 20 to stockholders of record on Feb. 10.

The Toledo-based real estate investment trust, which concentrates on seniors housing and health-care real estate, has more than 1,000 properties in 46 states, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
