Walbridge’s GEM buys Cleveland-area firm

Walbridge-based GEM Energy LLC has acquired a small Cleveland-area company that specializes in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The acquisition of Marlin Construction’s service business expands our capabilities, allowing us to provide even more value to customers, especially in the greater Cleveland and Akron area,” said Hussien Shousher, president of GEM Energy.
