Van Wert agriculture firm plans expansion
7/24/2014VAN WERT, Ohio — Advanced Biological Marketing says it will expand its production facilities in Van Wert by 78,000 square feet over the next two years. The company did not say how many more employees would be needed.
The company develops, makes, and distributes environmentally friendly products that increase crop yields.
“This facility expansion is a significant step for the company,” said Dan Custis, ABM CEO. “As we continue to grow, it’s vitally important that we are able to meet the ever increasing demand for our current products and to prepare for the development of future products.”
ABM also has facilities in Minnesota, New York, and South Africa. Van Wert is about 95 miles southwest of Toledo.
