Health Care REIT to pay dividend of 79.5 cents

Health Care REIT announced a quarterly dividend of 79.5 cents a share, payable Aug. 20 to shareholders of record on Aug. 11. The Toledo-based real estate investment trust will report its second-quarter earnings today.
