Overdue mortgages fall in Toledo area

The percentage of Toledo-area home mortgages that were at least 90 days overdue fell to 4.17 percent in June, according to CoreLogic, a California real estate data firm.

The rate was 4.23 percent in May and 5.34 percent in June, 2013.

The Toledo-area rate has declined for 19 consecutive months, and has been declining for more than four years.
