Tecumseh headquarters moves to Pittsfield Twp.

ANN ARBOR — Tecumseh Products Co. is moving its headquarters in the Ann Arbor area.

AnnArbor.com reports the manufacturer of refrigeration and air conditioning products will make its home at a building in Washtenaw County’s Pittsfield Township that also houses the Tecumseh Global Technology Center.

Tecumseh Products in 2008 moved its headquarters to another Pittsfield Township site from Lenawee County’s Tecumseh. Once the latest move is complete, the headquarters will employ slightly more than 100 people. The firm has about 7,300 workers globally.
