Hope Taft, right, Ohio's first lady, is given a tour of Toledo Botanical Garden by Janice Lower, a member of the garden's board. Following behind are city Councilman Rob Ludeman and Janet Schroeder, the garden's executive director. Mrs. Taft was in Toledo yesterday to participate in a program at Cherry School aimed at preventing underage alcohol abuse.
