Manor Care appoints executive VP

Stephen Guillard has joined Manor Care Inc., Toledo, as executive vice president.

Wachovia Securities, Toledo, has promoted Randal W. Hunt to vice president, investments and Toledo group manager, from vice president, investments.

St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, has promoted Will Cason to vice president, human resources, from director of human resources.

Pavilion Bancorp Inc., Adrian, has elected Dan R. Hupp, owner of Dan's Farm Supply, Adrian, to its board of directors. Mr. Hupp was also appointed to the board of the Bank of Lenawee.

Brian J. Miller, of Miller Artificial Eye Laboratory Inc., Toledo, has been appointed to the Ohio Optical Dispensers board.

DTE Energy Co., parent company of Detroit Edison Co. which operates Fermi II nuclear plant in northern Monroe County, is the recipient of the Robert K. Campbell Award from the Nuclear Energy Institute, Washington. The DTE Energy team worked to expand the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge.
