Navy Band to play concert in Perrysburg

A free concert is set for Thursday, Aug. 23 evening at Perrysburg’s Commodore Square.

The Navy Band Great Lakes Wind Ensemble and the Marine Corps Band New Orleans will play from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the park located at the corner of Indiana and Louisiana avenues.

The show, which is part of the “Toledo Navy Week” festivities, will commemorate the War of 1812’s 200th anniversary. People do not need tickets to attend.
