Man, 21, killed by train in South Toledo

A 21-year-old man was killed early today when he was hit by a train in South Toledo.

Benjaman Ragan, of Toledo, was walking along railroad tracks in the 5500 block of Angola Road, between Reynolds and Holland-Sylvania roads, at 2:55 a.m. when he was struck by a train, police said.

The train was reportedly moving about 30 mph, according to police.
