Bedford Twp. board rezones house to residential
10/21/2013The Bedford Township Board has approved rezoning 0.263 acres at 6700 Pearson St., Lambertville, to residential from commercial.
The property, which includes a house, long has had a nonconforming residential use and is surrounded by residentially zoned properties. It once was contiguous to a commercial parcel now zoned residential. The township master plan designates the entire area residential. Owner Brenda Whittaker plans to sell the property.
