Tzemach Shemtov fastens a menorah to the rooftop of a car before the beginning of the third annual Hanukkah menorah car parade near Chabad House of Greater Toledo, 4020 Nantuckett Drive.

The event drew about a dozen cars that passed through portions of West Toledo with rooftop menorahs and music to celebrate the eight-day Jewish holiday. Saturday marked the fourth night of Hanukkah.
